Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad
This fresh, simple, and delicious spicy Korean cucumber salad is so easy to make.
- 4 pickling cucumbers, sliced
- ½ cup carrots, julienned
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Rinse and wash cucumbers. Slice cucumbers as thin as you can.
- Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix it all together.
- Serve & enjoy!
