This Asian-style Lime Infused Spicy Sauce is delicious and goes great with a lot of seafood-based dishes. The main ingredients you will need to make this sauce recipe are soy sauce, green onion, garlic, chili peppers, and a bit of lime juice.
Ideas of how to use this sauce
Since this sauce is infused with lime juice, it really goes great with seafood dishes. The touch of citrus just really brings that nice acidity to seafood. You could use this sauce as a dipping sauce for a Korean seafood pancake (pajeon), drizzle it on any pan-fried fish, or even use this on top of seafood-based fried rice.
We are wrapping up a recipe that is going to go great with this sauce recipe. Stay tuned for our Korean Whitening Fish Cake recipe next week! It is so delicious with this sauce.
